Order Process

Each item is designed to the specific requirements of the customer and as such we try to give our customers truly personal service.

The following outlines our normal method of doing business - not using web interfaces of shopping baskets but talking on the phone or face to face.

1. Download Quote Request Form

   Please download the order form for the product you require. The order form for Dresses is Order Form . Forms for military products can be found on the products page.

2. Fill in Order Form

   Using the style guides below as a guide and including any other info you need to convey your concept.

Either Email or post to the Address on the Form.

3. We contact you

   We contact you to discuss your order, finalise the design and the price.
   If you live in the Portsmouth area or are willing to travel, we can arrange appointments to discuss the design face to face, take professional measurements and conduct fittings. Professional Measurements and Fittings are recommended for complex items such as Wedding Gowns as whilst we guarantee items will be made to the measurements you supply, we cannot guarantee perfect fit unless we conduct fittings.

4. Pay Deposit

   At least 50% of the final price of the item must be received before work commences. We Accept Cash, PayPal, Credit cards (through PayPal) or Cheque.

5. Item Made

   Some complex items such as wedding gowns will require further fittings as necessary.
